Return and Exchange Policy

Dear Customers,

Please find our exchange/return policy below. We want to assure you that we are truly customer-focused and deeply value the relationships we build and the happiness of our customers. Return and exchange requests can be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN:

Product can be exchanged/returned if it is a faulty or defective product.

Product can be exchanged/returned if it is a different product.

Product can be exchanged/returned if the size delivered is different from what you ordered.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN:

No exchange/return is provided in case the customer doesn't like the product.

Please note that screens and monitors may be calibrated differently, which can affect how colors appear. As a result, colors may not be 100% accurate, and we do not offer exchanges or returns for such discrepancies.

PLEASE NOTE

We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, or soiled.

In case of a size issue, only an exchange is available; a return is not possible in that case. Also, we don't provide free exchange; the customer has to bear the shipping cost of the exchange courier.

We will conduct a thorough quality check upon receiving the product before approving any exchange request.

Please note the product can be exchanged only once.

Please read item descriptions carefully, the sizes of products, the handling and care section, and the wash/cleaning instructions before carrying out our purchase. Please also know screens and monitors are calibrated differently, so colors may not be 100% accurate.

Please also note that hand washing a product that is supposed to be dry cleaned may lead to running of color. In this event, we shall not be responsible for refund/exchange.

Please be aware that the fabric used may vary from product to product, as it depends entirely on the fabric lot. Therefore, for this matter, Return is not eligible.

Conditions for returning products :

Products must be returned in their original condition, along with any bills, tags, labels, and other included items.

Products must be in their original form and unsoiled.

Brand packaging should be intact.

Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.

Products that are eligible for a return can be returned within 48 hours of receiving the product.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a parcel opening video of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. The opening video must clearly show both sides of the product.

In case of a wrong size delivered, for that we request the customer to provide us with an image of the measurement of the product.

All returns are subject to the discretion of Taraash By Briha.

Please Note:

Please note that we don't have a reverse pickup service as of now, so the customer has to ship the product to our warehouse address.

Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and labeled with the necessary information, including our warehouse address. Additionally, please note that any courier fees incurred for this return will be borne by the customer. The customer will be responsible for any loss during the transit process. Please email us the courier receipt once you ship the package for us to be able to take over the process.

It takes 7-10 working days for the product to reach us back at the warehouse.We kindly ask for your patience in this matter.

The received product will undergo a quality inspection, and if approved by our Quality Checking team, we will proceed with an exchange for the same product.

Please note that the exchange shall be issued only once we receive the package back at our warehouse. So your patience on the same is highly appreciated.

Kindly note that it's essential to wait for our confirmation before sending back the item. Upon receiving our confirmation, you can proceed to return the item to us. We will then coordinate with our logistics partner to facilitate the replacement process. We kindly request that you do not send any items for return or replacement without receiving our confirmation, as we cannot take responsibility for such shipments.

If a customer returns a product and requests a change in color or size, a minimal convenience fee of ₹149/- will be applicable.

In situations involving unavailability of goods or service-related problems:

If the item intended for replacement is not available, we will strive to present you with the best possible alternatives. Ultimately, the choice of the replacement item will rest with you.

In cases where we confirm an order but are unable to ship the product on time, we will grant refunds to customers upon their request.
