At Taraash By Briha, we strive to provide the best quality products at honest pricing while maintaining a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Delivery & Refund Cases

In some cases, certain pin codes may not be serviceable under our shipping partner’s network. If you have placed an order and we are unable to deliver it, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 working days under the following conditions:

1. Product is out of stock

2. Delivery is not possible at customer location

Return / Exchange Request

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests raised after this time may not be accepted.

Eligible for Return / Exchange

1. Product received is damaged or defective

2. Wrong product delivered

3. Wrong size delivered

Not Eligible for Return

1. If the customer does not like the product

2. Minor color differences due to screen variations

3. Fabric or texture variation due to batch differences

Return Process

We currently do not offer reverse pickup services. Customers are required to ship the product back to our warehouse at their own cost after receiving confirmation from our team. The return address will be shared once the request is approved.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any used or damaged product will not be accepted.

Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Approval of return or exchange is subject to our quality team’s verification.

Refund / Store Credit

For approved returns, we provide store credit only. This can be used for future purchases on our website. No cash refunds will be issued for returns.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is subject to product availability. The product can be exchanged only once. In case of size or variant change, a minimal convenience fee may be applicable.

Important Notes

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Taraash By Briha reserves all rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
